You need NC before LTB. Get 2 at level 3 first.

Not for everyone...on my camper account which I can only collect NCs twice a day, buildings like the Pagoda and Toy Box are better (or nearly as good) investments then the NC...Plus, they were cheaper, which is somewhat important, when you only have an income of $100k or so....

You have to understand though, that if you only collect your NC 2 times a day, it's 1/2 as good, no?
Getting 2 NC to L3, will inflate your stated IPH, but again since you are only collecting twice a day, it's nowhere near how much you can actually collect...
P.S. Unfortunately, I won't be able to respond as my next post in my 1000th and I'll save that for something more worthwhile

I get what you're saying but NC is still better in the long term. You're stunting your growth by ignoring them.

Rudd is still as pissed as we all are at the Gotti's. Sad he left GFA as we had a lot of fun (you are welcome back anytime buddy) and we did get top 25 this past war. We are all still pissed off so I don't blame him for seeing one and laying into them...Give this one a break Rudd... he isn't even smart enough to create a forum signature correctly.
