Yes I plan on staying at the top
The way to do it is to build your income do you can afford the best stuff
First of all build high defence with the high defence your income will be more secure, then use respect of vechicals farm m4a1s your need about 400 of them.
After that just keep robbing and attacking people gaining respect and buying the high end respect items.
