We have a Top 50 team looking to merge with another Top 50 team.

The end result of the merger will be a solid TOP 50 team and a solid TOP 100 team.
The TOP 50 team will be comprised of the best 30 members from each syndicate.
The TOP 100 team will be comprised of the rest of the members from each syndicate.

Why are we doing this? Like most TOP 50 teams the IP generated is unbalanced, with a majority being scored by the top 20 players. We would like to even out this distribution so that our top players don't burn out.

The TOP 100 team will serve as a feeder team for the TOP 50 team. Any member of the TOP 100 team that wants to move back up to TOP 50 only needs to prove himself in battle.

Leadership will be shared between the leaders of both merged syndicates.
The advantage of this merger is that it will allow you to keep a lot your team together.
