I sent a ticket through customer support regarding this issue. For the relic case event, I had 36 gold chalices, but my name is not on this list, nor did I receive the top 250 prize. It's been at least 3 weeks since I sent the e-mail, have not got a response back yet. Just an e-mail from GREE saying that it's being looked into. What's really frustrating me about this, is the fact that I spent a vault on the event. Why should a player spend money on the game when they aren't even going to receive the prize they're paying for to win. It would be great if someone at GREE would look into this, or if GREE has no intentions of giving me that prize, please let me know.

I sent a ticket through customer support regarding this issue. For the relic case event, I had 36 gold chalices, but my name is not on this list, nor did I receive the top 250 prize...

Had over 40 and am in the same boat. Gree want some logfiles because the client crashed when I got my last chalice but I can't find them - surprising because I get thrown out to the OS or the game hangs every day - I just restart and carry on.

What I do have though is an empty vault and a bunch of jackets/booby prozes. Dunno what to do from here. I have placed on the leader board in the previous three events and again in the current so I don't understand why this isn't clear cut or why there are no logs of gold expenditure and reward granted.

I sent an e-mail to GREE, it took them 3 weeks, but they put the armour into my inventory.
