Anyone missing their winnings from last war?

I was in rank 50, my allies got their winnings such as the "Sorcerer of Dagon" and all the others.
I checked my army and don't see them at all. My statuses are not upped either.

I have deleted and reinstalled the KA game, but they still don't show.
I have sent a ticket in, but wondering if anyone else is having this trouble?

No, but I was pleasantly surprised to actually get a splash screen about them this time. Usually I have to go look at my boosts. Happened ~15 minutes after war's end.

I have no idea why I never got them since my guild allies have.

Just logged in and noticed my atk value is roughly 150k lower than it was yesterday. Seems that I am missing several of the indestructible units that were quest rewards.

I had some awards not awarded previously. After the quest was over I got back a message stating that
* all units have been awarded for the pervious quest ....... yada yada yada
* better luck next time

What about a hard reboot of your device? If that doesn't do anything, then it's up to Gree to right that wrong. I got my prize units, including Daleth, shortly after earning them. Try not to worry, though; it will get sorted out, as Gree will be able to confirm your statements. It will just take some time.

Welp i got 'an answer' if you can call it such. I may have to gt a little more serious about this because I am spending real life money but not getting what I won. See below.

Gree, Well they were not credited to me, that is obvious. I can prove I was in the ranks of 50 with my Guild but my army does not show any of the winnings! *How do you explain that and Who else can I talk to about this??

What do I do to get them? *I am a heavy player who has spent a lot of USD $ on this game

My winnings still have not shown up! My stats are not modified. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck!

I spend a lot of money on this game and am very disappointed right now. I need these before the next quest!

Urgent!! I never received any of the prizes for the win of Rank 50 level for my guild "Warrior's Realm" so my stats have not gone up at all!

I have deleted and reinstalled KA with no luck! Restarted it several times with no luck. Please look into this!

I need these to go farther in the game before the new quest!

Any chance you have snapshots from the wars, i.e. a screenshot of your campaign stats? That would certainly prove that you were in the campaign. If you do, send them with your ticket. Best of luck!
