I'm the defensive leader and happen to me, I'm connected to chat forum so I contacted the leader to remove me. After I was removed, sent in new request and she accepted me back. If your not in a chat, find a member on your allies list and let them know and see if they can tell the leader to reset you.

This has happened today to one of our members, and like everyone else, we can still see him in the faction and his donation log has not reset, its like he is still there but he shows he is not in a faction...we have accepted him twice already but has not worked, he to has sent a GREE ticket in!
this is really making me mad we havent heard anything yet. I have done everything short of permanently deleting my game. this is the slowest response ive seen on here and still havent heard on my ticket.
Im losing a lot of in game cash since i dont have the 30 percent extra for faction. Gree let us know what is going on. Are u working on it?
We've fixed the problem - most accounts should go back to normal right away. For those that didn't, our CS team is working on repairs and that should be finished soon. You can also fix it by leaving/rejoining as was mentioned.

Yes I received a response from Gree to my ticket. Basically said leave and rejoin. Only wish I could but how am I supposed to do that when I am the leader and cannot access the faction? Obviously didnt read the problem description.
In the mean time I am nearly 50k down on defence stats and 25% down on income.
