    The -2% upgrade cost doesn't apply to level 1 builds. The base cost is 55 million. The size is 10x10.

    All are cost estimates without bonuses, expect some variation on these numbers, especially towards the later upgrades.
    Level 1 $55 million
    Level 2 $91-92 million
    Level 3 $152-153 million
    Level 4 $254-255 million

    Upgrading cost reduction does not work for BUILDING 1st level, as Didas has mentioned. For further level upgrading reduction units start to make impact.

    Many players still do the same mistake, although it has been mentioned numerously in forum, so I thought it is good to repeat yet another time.

    Hmmm...soon my base will look like it was built in Sim City...
    We need roads, Gree....and police stations and fire departments...and helicopters flying around...
    And I want to unleash an earthquake to rival bases
