Just search for all the top 25 and below teams in the next FVF with 60 member guilds. Quite a few hacktions to choose from.
Unless you are Ferr, SUP or SUP 2, and are close to having faction bonuses maxed, you are 100% hacking or someone in your faction is hacking.

Most top 10s already have one or more lower tier or LLP factions. Just look for one of them.
Honestly if you are only missing a few bonuses, and you are not Ferr or PUN then I'm sorry to inform your bonues were purchased because of hackers.

That could very well be true. I do know the SUP alliance move players to donate from the higher ranked factions or the factions almost done buying the bonuses with Massive IPH to help add to more boosts. Its all about the team.
The real question is what do you do with all your cash after you have contributed to gain all of your factions bonuses? Prior to World domination, I had no use for cash.
