Syndicate glitch

Just a heads up to everyone as I have not seen a post here about this.....

There seems to be an intermittent glitch affecting some players in which it appears ( on their screen ) that they have been removed from their syndicate ... While other members of their syndicate still see them listed as members.

I have had this glitch hit me a few times today... And it appears to be affecting at least one other platform ( namely KA ) ...

I last saw this glitch 6 months ago in Modern War when it happened to me. How can Gree not fix this issue.
