    Great response by Gree Customer Support

    I fat fingered and made an unintended & costly (for me) gold error - sent a ticket into Gree customer support explaining the mistake and requesting assistance. In less than 3 days, Gree resolved the issue to my full satisfaction.

    And, no. It didn't involve multiple emails or automated ticket closure.

    I really appreciate the prompt and efficient customer support from the Gree team here - I know they get a lot of grief here for extended times. Just posting this experience to acknowledge that they do get it right several times.

    A&F, Sirius, the unnamed super mod (whoever you are), please convey this acknowledgement on the forum to your Support team.

    Gree seems to be a pretty good about refunding gold. I think it's because they don't want people going to iTunes for refunds, but they usually do a pretty good job on those.

    Not for me.. Got charged double to complete a nightclub build and they emailed back asking for screenshot proof! Am I supposed to screenshot everything? Not heard back for 8 days now.

    Haha.. No. It was 125 gold to finish and it took 250.. I know it's not much but I'd still like it back.

    I have had this exact same experience - thrice now. Gree, to be honest, has never given me any issues with tickets I've sent in. I'm very appreciative of them, they have done a great job in dealing with me.

    Why don't you stick to lying, cheating, and photoshop faking - i.e., the only things you're really good at.
