I can't see my syndicate's rank when i look at the leaderboard. I saw one of my friend's pictures and he can see the rank, but he is on android and i am on iPad (iOS). Is this a feature for only android? I can only see the rank when we are at the top 100, 75, 50, etc. I can't see the exact rank.

Yes, but iOS can do a Power Attack and see how long until they are back up to full again! If iOS gets a rank update then Android should get a "time to full" update.
Now if you'd only refresh the rivals list a couple times after every collection... (you must be a no banker, or that server update would take care of your "problem", instead)

That's not so useful as the other though (if knowing exact position matters to you). The health in syn battles works on the same principal as the boss - start with 100 health, use 25 per hit, regeneration is 1 point per minute unless you have a modifier; so it's 26 minutes from empty
