    Why can't they answer what you ask them???? Why do they answer back with something that's not even in the question you ask them through support system. I started a thread about not receiving my blue bird unit from the boss event, and their reply " we are sorry for the inconvenience, the unit you are referring to is the cassowary transport"......no I said the blue bird unit. Stuff like this keeps gold players to leave the game.

    Be amazed they answered that way and not sorry for the delay if your still experiencing in game trouble please resubmit ticket

    Their first reply is always crap. It's like it's Gree policy to try to brush off the users when a ticket is submitted. They always reply with some variation of "the issue you are reporting is part of normal game play". You always have o reply back again and re-explain yourself for support to take you seriously. Of course this is usually 10 days after the initial ticket submittal. .

    Sith you mean I aint the only ome that get that reply. I thought I was special, guess not now. I think its thsy only response they do because they dont want to do their job or they cant read english dont know which.

    So I got a reply from Gree about my help ticket regarding our last health regen bonus not working. Once again they said its working, but the display is wrong. Once again I had to explain the situation again about the regen time not changing. It's too bad Gree doesn't believe people when they submit ticket. Their first action is always to say the user is wrong. They don't even look into it before they give the first crappy response. Maybe if they actually fixed the tickets the first time they read it they would waste so much time responding incorrectly wasting time.

    It is included. Per the dollar you spent, you get 20 percent extra gold compared to buying multiple "bags of gold" which are 4.99 each.
