Yep, I've seen him and posted him in the most obvious cheater thread. What's more is that I refuse to pay any money for gold as long as Gree doesn't fix these exploits.

I have repeatedly sent ticket to gree regarding a glitch which fills ur enegy instantly..but still after one monthbof my first ticket..the glitch seems to be working pretty well...i think gree is taking initiatives as my previous cheat reports where fixed ..but this time its not fixed..look after it gree..thank uu

That dog is called "Trained Guard Dog", and was the #1 prize in an open-20.

The same graphic was used for one of the mid-level pagoda prizes (L7 IIRC), and this item is also a prize in the current LTQ.
