    "SERVER ERROR: updating event data"*!!!

    MAJOR PROBLEM!!!
    Our guild: Warriors Realm came up against "Black Gryphons Knights 6". We hit their wall and GG, but when any of us tried hitting a player we are getting "SERVER ERROR: updating event data"*

    We are easily losing 50k points and may kick us out of rank 50 of guilds!
    What can we do?
    -Diadexxus (a very upset player)

    This is very strange. We fought them yesterday and had no trouble whatsoever, so it's no trick on their part. Suppose it's Gree screwing up again, never seen anything like this

    That's very unusual... I have fought BGK6 with both my LLP Guild and We MoC actually just fought them a few hours ago... Both of those battles went flawlessly, so I wouldn't call out BGK6 as cheating or anything.
    We are currently at war I was just able to hit an enemy player... So there is clearly something wrong with the match up between you and BGK6 that the servers are not liking I hope you get it fixed. I have never heard of or have I had any problem like the one you are having.

    It seems to be a server issue and has nothing to do with the guild you're fighting. We had the same problem on the first day with a different guild. We missed out on a lot of CPs because we could only hit the castle. Be sure to send a ticket to support (I did too).

    Too bad it was our sister guild and now they can brag about beating us. haha

    We r facing bgk now as I write this..... Can't hit wall... Same error msg. Not saying bgk is at fault ..but the system has somehow used bgk 6. Pls fix

    GREE.. Please take note

    We declared war, got paired with BGK 6. Tested out wat I read here... Having same problem. We r in top 50 and don't plan to drop out. So far the only thing wasted is time and opportunity.... I have instructed my guild to not do anything. Take snap shots of error and drown GREE support ....

    Same issue here with BGK6 server error prob...they can hit us..but we can't do anything!!

    We had this problem twice so far.
    Once on fist day.
    And 2nd time just now.
    We lose gems getting the wall & GG.
    Then we are booted out of game in 5 mins into war.
    Next we can't declared war, as they mentioned someone has declared a war.
    We fought against The forum knights guild II.
    First round I had my officer run the war so I did not know which guild.
    Gree ought to compensate with Gem & cp for this one.

    We can only wish they would compensate with gems and cp.
    if my guild drops out of top 50 , then gree I would also like some compensation. A lot of gem and time went into getting top 50.

    I have not heard back from Gree yet in email.
    Has everyone who has this problem put a ticket in?

    We may fall out of rank 50 with all it's awesome prizes due to this problem. THAT is what I want to be compensated with. Or if we do stay in rank 50, compensated some how.

    Same issue

    I'm having the same issue right now but with a different guild...what can we do??
    Everything is frozen.."updating event data"
    So frustrating!!!!!!

    Yes my guild members has sent each a ticket.
    It's really frustrating to all of us!
