hi, i am low lvl 46 and have some questions abaut money in combat. if i attack some one with 100 millions cash, i get 3 million after 10 attks. 97 left to take. if same guy attk me and succseed. from 40 milion down to 35 on first attk. how do same lvl guy do a better profit in pvp? 1 attk=5 million on lvl 46. i do only 300k. is there any bonuses that can take like 5000% more cahs from ppl?

I assume you see the 5 million in your news feed? This is because he attacked you many times but your news feed groups them together into 1 news item, making it look like he has taken 5 million at a time.
You can take a maximum of 300,000 at a time if you are a high enough level
that is not true
one guy in my faction, lvl 166, he showed a picture of 1,2million in one single attack he made
but Im, at lvl 85, only got 300k...

There are two type of MW players... Those who complain about stat inflation and those that complain stats are too low
so what is it more effency to raid than attk?
It depends. You get 60% of a buildings output when you fully raid a building. So if a building pays out 2 million, you get a total of 1.2 million with 3 raids on the same building. However, it is only worthwhile raiding high level buildings like oil rigs, LE buildings and so on.
If you know someone is over vault, attacking their avatar will give you 300k with each attack, so can be more effective if they dont have any buildings worth raiding
