I don't, but the last 4 times there has been a new one shortly after the war.

Pagoda was super cheap, Dockside Mill was expensive, Toy Box was cheap, Transtech was expensive.

DM = TT, so my guess is it will be around the Toy Box price ($35mil?).

Noooo. I don't want to see anything that's 1-, 3-, or 8-hours. My 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours are all good. Anything else is rob-city for me.

If I remember well, the first was an 24H then 48H, 12H and 24H again.

So my guess would be another 48H building..
