Switching worlds
Lets say I switch from world 11 where I am now and start new in a different world. If I come back to 11 will I still have my bases and units?

You will , but I believe their is a certain amount of time that if you don't log back into that world and leave it inactive for a few days or a week, it'll then be automatically deleted.
