I meant will war begin immediately upon end of the LTQ (5 PM GMT/ 10 AM PST) or at usual 6 PM GMT (11 AM PST)?

They will as always start 21.00 gmt+1 today, they told us the timer was off ages ago. FYI that's 1hr 20 minutes from now.

They have not always begun at the same time, though close to it. I only remember them beginning one war at 12 noon PST (7 PM GMT), all the others I thought were an hour earlier. We will see shortly.

I can't get the game to load. I click on the icon, the game opens for about 2 seconds, then crashes and closes down. It's been doing that for about 16 hours now with no change. Is Something wrong with the server or just on my end?

Sounds like your end bud. Delete the game and then reinstall from iTunes, no worries about losing game data it all returns once you do a new install. Next time I recommend starting a new thread btw
