I wish I could, but I'm busy at work for the next few hours and my work PC isn't cooperating fully today. I think Chica might put together something later today (she did a solid job with the Unusual Suspects LTQ rewards list).

I've also taken screenshots of every level, mainly so I could remember what the prizes are. Too late for me to keep track of jobs though.
