What is the stated drop rate? Does it change as you progress through the boss levels?
Depends on your level and (raw) attack stat, the number you see when you hit the boss. If you tell me these things I'd be happy to tell you how much gold it will cost you.
What if your Boss attack says 572K?

Assuming you're level 101+, that'd be ~540 gold to level 50 if you timed your hits correctly.
How many more bosses will I have in tier 2. I am currently level 42 and on boss 40

I think you have about 2530 XP more for the current boss, and 6625XP for each boss thereafter. You're on your own to figure out the XP required for level 51, as I don't know it off the top of my head.
