I am looking for some dedicated people to join my new syndicate 'Confederate Rebels ☠'

Daily players who want to help start and build up a relaxed but committed team to improve and see what we can achieve.
Teamwork and communication will be the main focus along with having some fun. A sense of humour is a must!
Officers will get to have their say in the way the syndicate will develop and go forward.

This is my first syndicate I have started and would appreciate anyone willing to give me some hints & tips to get me underway. I am sure there are plenty of pro's willing to share their knowledge.
