Unhappy Customer Service Volume Really That High?

I have a mini account that I started a syndicate with and I just wanted to test the power of a team of one that I donate a couple million to from my primary account...

The problem is that I bought gold during the last war and still havent recieved a single brick on that account to-date... Sup wit that GREE!!!

Google got paid, so I know you got paid, and all I get is a "Do not send multiple emails regarding the same issue...your inquiry has been forwarded to a specialist...due to higher than usual volumes...blah, blah, blah"

Yall need to hire some real support and stop being cheap, emails aint that hard to respond to. Set up more generic and applicable response templetes that will help route msgs to the right person, and keep the customer invovled in solving problems rather than force feeding us garbage because your tel-comm team is not effiecient enough!!!

Am I alone in my assessment?

Support this link and bring some ideas to Gree since somebody gotta help tel-comm team some how...

It may not be that ticket volume is that high. It may be, but it could also be that they just have a small sized staff for these kinds of things. They did do a round or two of layoffs recently.

It could also be that the team performs across all games on these forums. So cc may not be a specialty for any one uh, specialist. There may be issues with familiarity with cc. None of these are good excuses for bad CS. Just sayin, it may be a few different factors involved.

I registered for a forum account and still waiting for activation. I can post in threads already started but can't create a new post. Is that normal?

Yep, I heard you gotta have ten posts before you can create your own thread.

Correct. Ten posts before you can start a thread. Otherwise, the fox is jumping over the dog.

    Missing gold

I have been battling the same issue for the past one week, absolutely no response.....if you cannot respond then why have an email, you might as well not have that option. That way i would atleast know that i have to cancel the transaction through my CC and just be at peace...
