If you're going to make it virtually impossible to have any sort of discussion in game with anyone outside of your alliance, how about making a "General" forum for each world. I realize your reasoning behind the "World Chat", but i'm sure each world is full of childish spamming daily.

Yep, I agree that worldchat is more or less useless with all the kids, private chat to other players would be nice.
