Why a u looking for the guild level 45+ if the bonus n guardian is the same as low guild?
They will accept only high level members (100+) with some requirements and application u have to provide like u're apply a job in real world.
Better u apply low guild level but already have the strong bonus n guardian n active members, n help them to make stronger than high level guild.
This is just my opinion...
