why would you count it? What I know for sure is on MW the ltq have had bonuses on them. The one I got gave +2 energy per cycle. So I don't see why it is a stretch for some cc ltq's to do the same.

Yes, I can confirm via a syndicate member, though he said it was Elite 6, not Elite 9. I'm currently on 42 Normal, but I'm going to get there right now myself. I'll post the Elite prizes here along the way.
