As far as I remember the last LTB started a bit later than the rest.
They didnt announce the Toy Box either, so I wait a bit before spending my cash on upgrades..
The building usually comes up after the data push. The last one wasnt on the plan it just came up as a new goal.

I say most of that 200 gold is gone based on IP numbers from the last WAR!

That's not nearly enough. WE NEED MORE LTQs. We need, like, 10 LTQs in 15 days. The more expensive the better. Hopefully GREE can eventually work its way up to new LTQs every day, so that there is always something to spend gold on.
