Hmm, I got also something with upgrading. During the day I started upgrading a building and in the evening when I started Crime City I noticed that building wasn't upgrading anymore!
I was still missing the upgrade money though.
Checking another building if I could upgrade, the answer was yes, so I started upgrading another building.
Behold my surprise the next morning when I started Crime City again, both buildings were upgrading!!!!
One is just finished upgrading, and no, I cannot start another upgrade while the first building is still upgrading.

All these reports of upgrading multiple buildings simultaneously because Gree's game is (still) broken, but those programming wizards can't figure out how to make a modifier that allows multiple building upgrades because the game mechanics allegedly do not allow this in Crime City.

I've heard some people pay extra for it.
Just seen my Chinese pogada is upgrading. I never even clicked to upgrade it, its just started by itself.
At least the phantom upgrades are good choices...NCs, Pagodas...maybe Gree finally decided to take the player out of the IPH building equation, and let them focus more on the important stuff--making in-app purchases.
