Dear All, SEMPER FI NEVER RETREAT (721 Columbia, 566 Madagascar, 470 Faction PVP) continue their upward curve and are improving hand over fist. Gone are the days of only half of the faction contributing during wars and massing over 90% of WD, replaced instead with a group of likeminded players who are ACTIVE, appreciate the experience and organisation that the veterans provide, are willing to be mentored by them, respond to their encouragement and remain with us as we provide the FUN element in the game. We do not insist on minimum daily donations - our lower stats players are encouraged to self invest - though in reality all contribute. We do not have a view on gold users either (we only have 3 light gold users).Our stats are in my signature block and we are currently 3/4 of the way towards the next 1.5 billion health regen.We all interact daily through the in game forum or separate chat facilities.We have an external webpage and are extremely well organised during wars.We all share a huge enthusiasm for the faction and feel a common bond which is evident in our interaction and camaraderie. This is our MAIN focus as we honestly believe in a one for all, all for one ethos.We do not refer to any members as 'under achievers' or 'dead wood'. Instead, we prefer to encourage and provide gentle guidance, which further cements the team spirit. All personnel who leave do so of their own accord as they dont feel that they can invest the time or effort in the faction anymore, in recognition of the individual investment we make in them.Having recruited in the past based on participation, we are now on the lookout for individuals or groups who may like the sound of what we stand for but have sufficient stats not to be locked out of PVP once enemies' walls are down. To that end, we have created a sister faction, Son of Semper Fi (invite code 230 910 669) to grow our lower stats players, act as a recuperation faction for those wishing temporary respite from the game in general to avoid burnout and provide a proving ground for those who wish to join our main faction but are not quite ready. This has created a few vacancies within SEMPER FI NO RETREAT.We are on the lookout for ACTIVE players with stats above 70k (ideally, though all will be considered), ally count of 500 before Poland, able to contribute a minimum of 25k WD during wars. ACTIVITY is still the main characteristic that we look for. Our tactics and leadership will create chances for ALL to score WD, therefore the target should be easily achievable. IF you want to feel part of a fun team where the faction comes FIRST, if your faction has imploded or is about to, if you are just sick of waging a one or two man war and want to feel part of a greater good, then this faction is most definetly the one for you!
