Major KA battle issue. I lost 3 hits worth of energy on 1 attack vs the dl leader. Then on my 4 th attack it did a 20 gem energy refill when i pressed the attack button. I then attacked 1 time and it worked then on the second attack it did an energy refill when I pressed attack again. So far I'm out 40 gems when I pressed the attack button! Help.
If this keeps up there is no way to fight in this event!

It's happening a lot. A full health bar will disappear with only 2/3 hits.
Makes me think fondly about the note I got from Gree support earlier today complaining about the 3 hit glitch in MW fight last weekend. They "checked" my records, and I actually was receiving 4 hits. No explanation given about why my wins only went up by 3.
I'm sure we are all still receiving 4 hits, it just "looks" like it's only 2-3.

You guys are lucky to get some hits. I started the war with zero health.
Just a wild guess, but maybe its the amount of health you had left from the last war?? Like when some guilds started with the points they had in the war before
GREE needs to respond to this ASAP. Four weeks to get an automated message from their support staff just isn't going to cut. it. What a bunch of clowns.
There are also reports of people being debited 250 gems for only ONE refill. This is chaos.
I was just ask for screen shots! How do I give a screen shot to show the attack button causing an energy refill. If they can see a 3hit glitch issue in MW why can't they see the attack button causing a energy refill in KA!
I had 25 gems debited from my stach as well. Don't really want to attack again if gems are randomly "stolen" from me. I was not intending to use my Tapjoy gems for wars.
Same problem here. Def a no gem situation until its all cleared up. And no I was not credited with four hits either.
All members of our guild are experiencing the same issues. Battle health dropping from 1, 2 or 3 hits.

It's happening to us to. 2 hits energy gone, guild memebers losing 25 gems,,maga attack on guardian not working etc..
Full bar of health and all I got was 2 hits.
Come on GREE we need something sorted ASAP.
is this a ploy for us to buy more gems?
This EVENT NEEDS TO BE PUT ON HOLD NOW! Guys without gems are only getting 2 hits then running out of energy. No way to fairly play or compete for anyone with this issue. For gem or free players.
