I sent a ticket. A few weeks later I got an email asking if the issue was resolved. I replied that it wasn't. Couple days later I had my gold.
A member of my faction is still waiting too.....how long will it take for this to be fixed? The measly 300 gold reimbursement for lost boosts worth far more than that was insult enough, but to drag this out so long? Disgusting, and hard to explain to my faction.

Almost sounds too good to be true....
I sent in a ticket this morning about another issue which was resolved within hours of when i sent the ticket in.
thought i'd try my luck and gave them my old ticket number for my original query on the 300 gold and bingo, an hour later, was in my account.
