We were not told to submit tickets. Rather, GREE supposedly culled a list. Why submit tickets that backlog further and won't be responded to. The 300 gold fix was insultingly undervalued, but if some get it for earning these units, then we all get it for doing the same. Simple.

Sent ticket 1-2 weeks ago, a few days ago I got the standardized reply, "Are u still experiencing an in game issue...?".
Re-opened the ticket and haven't heard from them since.

Pretty much standard procedure in other words.

Again this has not been made clear, its quite simple to stop most of the moaning on the forum, just be clear with what players have to do, half my faction has had 300 gold the others not...

You wouldnt think it was 2013 ....turn on laptop log in to dev acc read forum reply to ppls threads would take 20 mins and reduce the amount of angry ppl 👍👍👍👍
