How much land does it take up? What other building does it compare in size to?

Has anyone got data on the upgrade cost? My guesses are lvl2=60-70mil, lvl3=100-110mil, lvl4= 150-160mil, lvl5=240-260mil.... I might be way out but its just a guess

It's Previous Cost * 5/3, and then some rounding, all the way up the chain.

Of course I would blow 164 million on an A.Villa upgrade to level 2, just an hour before this new building was released oh well, I'll still have both built by the end of the week.

Glad I didnt spend any of my overvaulted cash, was able to save up $800M for this LE building LTQ. Should be able to get to Lvl 7.. hopefully higher

How on earth do u get 800 mill?

My IPH is only about 1.5M, so it took a little while (approx 26 days), but since there was no LE building for Madagascar it gave me more time to save. Luckily I'm pretty strong for my level, so I wasn't successfully raided all month.
