Palm Hotel worth the investment?

I have two palm hotels, I bought them long before there was any talk of LTQ's in this or any other gree/funzio game and bought them with gold bought in a sale so didn't cost me as much as normal, no regrets here but I agree that if I was in that position now I probably wouldn't bother as the gold would be better used on LTQ's, upgrading LE buildings and special edition items.

Which is better to buy special edition items or crates? I've bought some of each in the past but the new higher priced and higher stat containing crates look a much better buy now.

the trouble I have with crates is the gamble, some of the LE equipment is great and some is a complete waste of time just check it out when the splash screen appears and make your mind up.

Its 48 vs 24 hour, so it does not pay more.

I've got 1 Palm Hotel and 520 gold in hand, all from TJ. Palm will be my solo gold investment. For LTQs/wars/etc, please take a look at stats inflation, anything you put into stats will became worthless in a short time.

The only reason I've not built my 2nd Palm yet is because I don't have time to upgrade it. After all, lv1 Palm adds little to IPH

It used to be the third best building, but with the pagoda it is at least fourth.

If you have two of each LE building so far it's less valuable than it used to be.

NC and Pagoda are 1 and 2. What is 3rd best building?
