I'm really beginning to think that even these prizes are set somewhat in tiers...
I have never gotten a Racer Z or some little hammer someone posted earlier today too. Maybe they get unlocked after a certain quest or level and then you are susceptible to them? I get the Pimp's lowrider and motorcycle a lot though.

now-a-days i play events and daily-scratchers only to collect racer z, deviant coats, viking blades, man-saw chainguns and other cool stuff with cool stats. i'll be soon setting up a museum to showcase my cool scratcher and event wins
