I have this problem too - as does my partner. We have to play KA on our iPads and can't transfer to our iPhones - this means we play less and SPEND LESS... hopefully Gree will resolve this soon once they realise.

I'm less interested in a "fix" than I am just having tech support do the switch for me. That seems like a lot less work in the long run - rewriting code/debugging/testing...repeat.
Support has responded and transferred my acct manually, but it will take awhile! So have to be patient with them.

They moved mine manually also. Hopefully they figure out the problem and get it switched. Loved being able to,switch back and forth from iPad to iPhone.
Manually take ages though, last time I used to do it 3 times a day transferring between devices that I could bring to work. Hope they get it rectified soon!

Hi, I have the same problem too, I can't tranfer my account form my IPhone 3GS to my Iphone 5S. However, I have transfered my Modern War account with the same way and it worked well (and it very easy).
I don't understand the reason why it doesn't work with KA.
I had mine transferred in less than 30 minutes from the time I sent in the ticket. Make sure you provide the following information:
-Your old character's invite code (the 9-digit player ID associated with your game, which can be found under your profile)
-Your old character's exact name (case sensitive) and last known level
-The invite code of the new character showing up on your new device (should be around a level 1 when you first install the app)
For security purposes, please also provide as much of the following information as possible:
-Any copies of gold/gem/cash purchases made through iTunes or Google Wallet (you can attach these to the reply to this email)
-Recent in-game gold/gem purchases
-Your last login time
Why not just remove the option to transfer in game if you are going to leave it broken for months on end? Makes absolutely no sense to me. Laziness.
It works in the other games - I managed to transfer MW and CC accounts using the in-game function.
For some reason KA wouldn't work for me and I needed support to do it, but it was done in under 24 hours, needing information from the post by MidnightExpress above.

I put in a ticket and suport had it transfered the next day. They were good to me.
Got one transfered but the account that was supposed to be on wifes ipad is now in europe somewhere. Guild members are jumping ship
