Has anyone been able to do the smugglers crate event yet and when will it start

they always start by noon, but last event has started at 5 pm

So my game says that the Collect Smuggler's Crates event is in progress, yet i see no crates...

Don't know why but can't seem to access crate event,meaning I can only see progress mark. Did a couple of jobs yet can't collect any crates. There's no event info either. Is there min level requirement? As far as I know there is no minimum level requirement for this crate events.

open crate events usually has minimum requirement (level 10)

But im at level 27 so that shouldn't be any problem
