I have enough t go to level 4. Only not enough ti.e before event ends. Will I get the item? If it finishes after the timer? I think the answer is no but just wanted to see if anyone in the past did this? If not ill just keep it for the next limited buildings.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it

No. You have to finish during the event.

Is there an accurate cost upgrade and income received for DM yet? I have a level 1 & 2; accounting for bonuses the originally posted is slightly off.
Do you have change for my 2 cents?

I don't know why the first post got them wrong (e.g. the screenshot says the Dockside Mill has an output of $1,180,000, but the list has level 1 at $1,100,000). Buildings all follow a specific pattern for their level output based only on the type of building (Type A or B) and their base payout (in this case, $1.18 mil). The DM is a Type B, which means the output should be something like this:

    L1. $1,180,000
    L2. $2,360,000
    L3. $4,130,000
    L4. $6,490,000
    L5. $9,440,000
    L6. $12,980,000
    L7. $17,110,000
    L8. $21,830,000
    L9. $27,140,000
    L10. $35,400,000

Next, all you need to do is apply your syndicate bonus to those payouts. E.g. if you have a 25% money output increase, you would multiply the number by 1.25.

thx all for interesting comments - think only with gold you can upgrade (time and cash) but with gold probably cheaper to buy direct gold items

If you have the cash on hand, then this is significantly cheaper than directly buying gold items. I believe the total was around the 2400 gold mark if you had no upgrade time mods. That gives you 7 1k+ stat items. Whereas to buy directly with gold you can only get 600ish on LEs, and typically those are at around 900 gold a pop. It's not even close.
