Rebuilding Palringo Faction, Top 250 or better next war.

Palringo was 73rd in Ireland, then we had some dramas with some ilegitimate players getting banned the day before Columbia, resulting in the faction falling apart and losing a lot of players.

I have taken over the leadership now, and have managed to retain some talented low level players. We are currently cruising along in the top 500 mostly playing for free, and are just focusing on preparing for the next war already.

Under my leadership, we have a ZERO tolerance for hacking of any kind, and we want to build a friendly team for any player who wants to extend themselves and get the rewards they deserve.

We have very, very nice bonuses:
Casualty rate: -9%
Health Regen time -26%
Ground attack +20%
Air attack +15%
Infantry attack +20%
Sea attack +10%
Infantry defense +30%
Ground defense +30%
Air defense +30%
Sea defense +30%
Building defense +30%
Building output +20%
Guild member increase +32

We would like new recruits to be making 25k points per war as a minimum,

I made 17k WP this time coz only 2-3 guys are fighting right now. Some times we only can hit walls to get some points.
