The leader can nominate before leaving
That's what I do. I make someone a leader when I go on brick runs or beginning this WD I needed to sleep while final roster was made.

This happened to our faction about a week ago. Leader just disappeared. Apparently I cant post a new thread to ask for help so ill use this one. Is there any way for us to decide on a new leader or do we lose all of our bonuses and start a new faction. Any help fron GREE would be appreciated
As a casual observer, I would say all members splinter off and form new factions. It is what keeps the game interesting.
Have one officer try promoting another officer. Not sure if anyone other than the faction leader can do that though.
Officers can only accept and decline not make others officers
Funny, because the FAQ says they can promote. One hand not knowing what the other is doing? Nah. That would never happen at Gree....
