He had no modifiers in his inventory, I checked. The total cost without modifiers was $3.664 billion. Assuming he banked all his income since he had no money on hand it would have taken him about $4 billion to build the building to max. Subtracting the level 10 building from his income per hour would be $1,031,250 per hour (240,000 base x 75*) * 1.375 = $24,750,000.

1.375 is the combination of the 10% tycoon and the 25% syndicate bonus.

Its always possible that they also won money from a scratcher

75 is the level 10 building multiplier for type A buildings.

His income per hour before the building went up was not even $1 million per hour.


The total time including banking for the entire building process would have been about 4,000 hours - 166 days, or about 5 months. I doubt he was perfect on collections for 5 months straight and exactly on time with his stats...

Grand prize from a scratcher is $100 mil. I have the Executive Coupe and the upgrade cost of the Pagoda from level 9 to 10 was over $1 billion.

Just wanted to say thank you Sirius for not taking the heavy handed approach we have grown accustomed to receiving from Admins. ( no sarcasm intended ) it is refreshing.

@Sirius, I like you. You seem nice and willing to help before using the ban-hammer.

These teams (so far) have only cost us an extra Power Attack, but they are going to cost some teams a top4000, top1000, top500 and top250 prize. We have only come across 2 flagrant cheaters so far (sorry about bringing this cheater talk here... didn't know things had changed and that you are finally planning on taking care of it)

An extra couple days before the rankings are posted would be worth it to have all the cheating Syn's blocked from any prizes. We waited forever for the last ranking list and all the cheaters were still right where they placed. It would be a nice show of effort if they had their prizes removed completely. It would finally give the Syn leaders a good reason to start checking their players from now on. It wasn't strictly necessary up until now if you had no concept of ethics. If they set the player as their DL then they KNEW what they were doing and don't deserve to place in the top4000.

Everyone in a Syndicate has the option of demanding that everyone there add them or choosing to find a good Syn with a little transparency. Thanks for not being heavy handed with the rules straight off the bat. The GREE response up until now has not been encouraging. A show of effort is what keeps people from resorting to breaking the forum rules, knowing that it is the only way to get any attention to the subject.

Since we're on the subject - just fought against a guy with 2 million IPH who had the vehicle for completing the goal for the pagoda...

I fail to see your point, my iph is a shade over 2mil and I got to level 6 using very little gold, with more free actual cash available and more in game cash rather than spending 100's of millions a week on upgrades, syndicate and explosives I could have easily got level 10.

....seen a lot worse... Hit someone level 89 ...2000wins .. 300robberies ...with over 500 doom grenades and multiple quantities of boss event main prizes ...I am about to give up altogether as being honest is pointless.

seen even worse, saw a person with 98 trained guard dogs, 109 fire monsters, 140 dual tommy guns, and more like that. I also saw a guy with 1,380 doomsday frags.

His IPH is 2 million after the level 10 pagoda. His IPH was under 1 million to begin with, and he made it to level 10.

Why am I being fought so hard on this issue? O.o
