HOLY CRAP, level 14 of this awards night lord and then awrads Mzr'is Dragon (if the night lord - rare unit is the last one you need)!

Yes. I just confirmed that. The night lord was the last unit I needed. I completed LTQ level 14 then got the Dragon.
