don't think that was ever coming.
it was a personal name change in-app feature that was coming i believe.

maybe a coverup for some new spyware or similar, i doubt name changing will ever come into effect.

As mentioned it was only ever a player name change option.
That would b cool tho
I put a ticket in to get the faction name changed and was told that it would be available in game "in the near future".
"In the near future" I see next year as the near future......
