Upgrade, you'll get a nice unit for it.
If I could afford it I would keep going just for the units.There is no way I could make it that far above my vault limit. Once I go past 5 mil over, guys in my rivals list can smell it. I can go days or weeks without getting attacked, but as soon as I cross that line, its like lions on a wounded animal.

750 mil buys you 50 tactical strike submarines 90/42 and could boost your stats by up to 4500/2100 but they are not indestructible.
It depends how much you value the Elite Guard, iph, and cash units.

Take the LE unit. It's cool, it's indestructible, and it will be unavailable in a few days...unlike cash units and other upgrades.

Unit bro, makes you sought after from other factions when they see your Santa Marta units. Everyone will be posting, "we need you" and "your faction is useless and come join a better one". It's cool units too.
