On crime city it takes 1hr 30min or 1hr 45min. Modern war takes 1hr. Hopes this helps
MW has the Health Regen Bonus. When upgraded its -5% time per upgrade level. CC does not have it yet. We are at the normal 1hp per minute still. So from a completely empty health bar to full its 100 minutes.

25hp per attack. Health regenerates at a rate of 1hp per minute. That means if you had zero health, it would take 100 minutes (1 hour and 40 minutes) to regain full health.Originally Posted by uncle Jones
