Looking to join a top 400 or higher guild

My current guild already has a +18% upgrade cost, +18% upgrade time, and +10 Guild member increase so looking for a guild with same or better bonuses.

We also finished around 500 in last war but too many inactive players so I don't see this guild improving much. I went 73W and 12L last war and scored 14,000 points but 8 of those losses I used for mega attacks. That would have been an extra 32W. In prior war I scored above 20,000.

I am a free but active player. I am level 75, 11,000 IPH, 130K A, 125kD.

I can donate daily but don't like set minimums in case I need to upgrade a manor or some other expensive upgrade. I average about 30,000 donations daily. I want a friendly, and drama free type guild because I enjoy the social aspect as well. I am in the U.S. EST zone. Not looking for a highly regimented guild with lots of strict rules and requirements. Just a group of friendly and active players that want to consistently make a top 400 or higher showing each campaign. Would also be nice to join a guild where I don't have to tell people what to do or how to play. I might be able to bring another defector or two over as well but for now just looking for me.
