410 maybe a bit more, but I know I've scored over 400 on a rare occasion.

450 highest I've ever gotten I averaged 337 through total points ÷ wins

Still a bad formula even without hitting forts/command centre - as it doesn't factor the wins and points that you gain when you are unsuccessfully attacked.
Either way that's what I got I don't care about a formula
