Note, I will bold and identify if new requirements are discovered, but these appear comprehensive and accurate.
Level required: likely lvl 40 in an ideal world, as map level requirements were changed last event and lvl 40 would cover all of the maps. The LTQ event will show up in your Goals, and will have a small 'limited' icon next to it.
A lvl 60 person reported that the event isn't showing up, but a lvl 59 person confirmed they have it, so it is unconfirmed if there is a problem or not.
