Today's scratcher for me had one of the boxes empty. As in, there were five items revealed (two guns, armor, vehicle and money) but the last box in the scratcher was just empty. Got the two-gun prize. Is this one of the expected outcomes?

i've had ALL boxes empty and i thought it was normal .. its gree right?
One of mine was like this this morning. I thought it was just that an image of something on the servers was down.

The images are normally stored in your game cache. It is problem that there is a corruption or the images were not properly downloaded so they show up blank. If there are more than one image that has gone wrong then what you see above could be normal.
However, I would put in a ticket just in case as there are other non-simple-someone-messed-something-up reasons why this could be occurring. Perhaps clear your cache (if you are on android) and see if it happens again
