Played We Rule and Trade Nations (still playing). Design is essential part of those games.
I find that in CC there is no interest whatsoever for design even though the aesthetical quality of the buildings is outstanding. I visited my mafia members level 5 to 215 and I did not a see not see even one tree in all those hoods....95% of all hoods are just a a stock pile of buildings....
Why?

If trees contributed stats in any way, I'd build a forest of 'em. But right now I can't be bothered with so many clicks.
