This is ridiculous! Where is the roadmap? Each reputable companies have roadmaps to let customers know what the heck they are planning! Where are the project managers overseen this?
I spent money this week to upgrade my BD9 & BD10 since they didnt give any input on all vault upgrade requests... Now you upgrade the vault! That's not right. Are you base in the US so I can contact the BBB and file a formal complaint?

Yes, same units I could of easily get by upgrading the vault. But since there is no published roadmap.

Contrary to your beliefs, Jeshu, Gree doesn't know what they're doing a month from now in this game let alone having a master plan. Much like they're adjusting their strategy, we all must adjust ours with these new developments (and ongoing stat inflation).

Are you in the IT field? Most software companies have a roadmap panned out. GREE is a software company.
Apple uses a different model since they don't have to share a roadmap with outsiders since they make the software and hardware.
Also... Contrary to your believe... GREE wouldn't have invested 10 million dollars back in feb if they didnt know what they were doing.

Yeah ,for most of us it's a free game and really isn't that big a deal!
Oh this is the funny thing about the BBB... It is not a government organization. You have to pay to belong as a business. And if you do not belong then people can not make a complaint about you to the BBB. So the BBB is a complete joke, and any good business will not belong. Why would they spend money to then have people be able to complain about them?
